A cruise from Perth is set to sail from Fremantle on Friday, yet it will not be going anywhere due to maintenance and the onboard casino cannot be used because it is in West Australian waters.

Customers were only notified of the changes 24 hours before the cruise was set to depart.

Passengers were also denied a refund due to the “late notice”, despite the cruise not providing what it promised.

Consumer Protection Commissioner Trish Blake told Oliver Peterson on Perth Live all passengers are entitled to a refund.
