Optus has been slammed over its handling of a massive data breach.

6PR has been inundated with messages from customers who say they still haven’t received any communication from the telco that their personal information may have been hacked.

“It’s outrageous, to be honest, and it just keeps getting worse,” tech expert Trevor Long said.
