Daevid Anderson from Property Council WA, informed Perth Live host Oliver Peterson that upcoming city improvements are expected to draw businesses back to the CBD.

He stated, “Demand has softened slightly, but it’s coming off a very strong base, so we see this more as a bit of a recalibration.”
