The Premier has revealed that the WA Government won’t meet the NRL’s expectations regarding the Western Bears bid.

Premier Roger Cook explained to Perth Live host Oliver Petersen that it is not feasible for WA taxpayers, and suggested the NRL is not prepared to expand at this stage.

“It really looks like the NRL are prepared to let this opportunity slip through their fingers and that is really disappointing,” he said.
