Eagles ruckman Nic Naitanui has won back-to-back John Worsfold medals after being adjudged club champion for 2021 at Crown Perth on Wednesday night.

The 31-year-old was the clear winner polling 200 votes ahead of second place Dom Sheed on 160 votes, and Andrew Gaff on 149.

It caps off an outstanding season for Naitanui who was the only Eagle selected in the 2021 All-Australian team.
