The state government has launched a new website in a bid to fill thousands of hospitality job vacancies across WA.

Australian Hotels Association of WA CEO Bradley Woods said the purpose-built website was a one-stop shop for those looking to enter the industry, assisting jobseekers from Australia and overseas to fill the numerous positions that exist across the state.

6PR news reporter Anne Naylor told Liam Bartlett on 6PR Mornings there were 15,000 jobs available on westernaustralia.jobs.

“It allows hospitality businesses to advertise their jobs on there for free,” she said.

“It’s a one-stop shop for businesses and interstate travellers and backpackers can also look at what jobs are available and get relevant information on visas.”
