A Perth property expert has labelled a controversial new tax plan –  which could see Aussie homeowners taxed on spare rooms they’re not using – a “crazy” idea that won’t fix Australia’s housing crisis.

Real Estate and Property Expert Garth Davis spoke to 6PR Radio Perth Live presenter Oliver Peterson and said he didn’t see how this idea would be “accepted” by the population.
