New research finds consumers could be paying more for grocery items ordered on delivery apps
New analysis shows that everyday groceries bought through third-party delivery platforms can cost up to 39 per cent more than if purchased in-store.
Foster Ramsay Finance founder and finance and money expert Chris Foster-Ramsay spoke to 6PR Radio Perth Live presenter Oliver Peterson and said the 39 per cent increase in cost included both the products shelf price and the platform delivery fees.
