New report reveals Australia is facing a sleep health crisis

New research has found 40 per cent of Australians don’t get enough sleep, a further ten are living with chronic insomnia and about 15 per cent are affected by sleep apnoea.
Adelaide Institute for Sleep Health sleep health expert Dr Hannah Scott spoke to 6PR Radio Perth Live presenter Oliver Peterson and said the research group was calling on the Federal government to make sleep health a national priority.
