The mother of 21-year-old Jack McCormack, who was killed last year while assisting his OLA driver change a tyre on the freeway, has urged drivers to consider road safety and regular users of the road to know basic first aid training.

Natalie McCormack believes drivers of ride-sharing services and others on the road full time to know first aid, in light of her son’s tragic death in August last year.

Millsy at Midday host Steve Mills backed her cause, urging regular road users to heed the warning.
