A Broome woman has spoken out about the moment her children were tied up in the driveway of a home.

The three children under 10 were allegedly restrained with cable ties by a 45 year old man on Tuesday afternoon, after being caught swimming in the backyard pool of a property.

Both the mother of the children and the accused have now spoken out about the incident, with opinions ranging wildly over the ethics involved.
