Emergency services have been kept busy overnight as multiple blazes broke out across Perth.

A man in his 20s was rushed to Fiona Stanley Hospital after suffering severe burns from a fire in a vacant lot in Mandurah.

He remains in a critical condition in hospital.

Meanwhile, firefighters attended another two blazes in Perth’s south-east on Monday night.

The first a vacant home in Armadale that was engulfed in flames just after midnight which has been deemed suspicious.

Another blaze in Huntingdale broke out an hour later which was quickly brought under control.

A man is being treated for smoke inhalation, the cause of that fire is yet to be determined.
