Labor backbencher Dave Kelly launched an harsh attack on Woodside boss Meg O’Neill in Parliament, suggesting she should apologise for comments she made accusing young Australians of having contradictory views regarding fossil fuels.

“I find Ms O’Neill‘s comments disrespectful. The comments also make it sound like Ms O’Neill doesn’t take the issue of climate change seriously,” he said.
