Dockers’ forward Michael Walters has given a rare glimpse into his leadership style after penning a new two-year contract extension.

Walters gave an interesting insight to Wide World of Sports host Adam Papalia & former teammate David Mundy on the way he leads around the football club, after David praised his unique style

“You need leaders with different types of attributes and as you said I am one that is pretty straight forward and direct” said Walters.
