Mental health report card evidence of a failing system

A new national report has found one in five Australians have delayed seeing a mental health professional due to cost which the Australian Association of Psychologists (AAPi) says is evidence of a mental health system that is failing the community.
AAPi president Sahra O’Doherty spoke to 6PR Radio Perth Live presenter Oliver Peterson and said the Medicare rebate needed to be increased to $150 per session for every patient of every psychologist.
