The 2023 Australian Of The Year Tarryn Brumfitt has shared her message on body image.

Ms Brumfitt already has her sights set on making change.

She told Millsy and Karl on 6PR Breakfast she’s grateful to have this platform to start a national conversation on loving your body.

“To get this message out after 10 years, I won’t be taking my foot off the pedal,” Ms Brumfitt said.
