Today it was announced all doctors and nurses at Perth Children’s Hospital have to undergo a national sepsis training program.

The training will include how to detect the signs of sepsis and staff will have to complete the program by the end of February.

This comes after seven-year-old Aishwarya Aswath died of sepsis after waiting more the two hours for medical treatment.
