Lyon: No panic stations but improvement needed

Article image for Lyon: No panic stations but improvement needed

Ross Lyon says everybody at Fremantle needs to improve, but it’s not ‘panic stations’ down at the port club.

Fremantle lost Western Derby 42 by four goals against the West Coast Eagles, the first in six matches against their cross town rival.

The Dockers are yet to secure top spot with matches against North Melbourne, Melbourne and Port Adelaide to come.

Lyon refused to be drawn on the Alex Silvagni report from striking Jamie Cripps.

However, he did confirm Luke McPharlin and Zac Dawson would be fit for the Kangaroos this week, but Dawson would have to wait to see if selected due to ‘team balance’.
