Eagles skipper Luke Shuey is confident he will only miss a couple of weeks after suffering a hamstring injury during Sunday’s Derby.

Shuey told Adam Papalia on WWOS he is hoping to be back playing soon despite his long history of soft tissue problems.

“A lot of injuries from the weekend were out of our control,” said Shuey.

“This happens in footy from time to time.”
