Local wineries get unique chance to spruik products

Article image for Local wineries get unique chance to spruik products

Local wineries will have a chance to spruik their products like they’ve never done before with a virtual wine tasting to be held tonight.

Five WA wineries will join an online tasting panel to share their products with representatives from liquor stores to bring their wines to the shelves of your local bottle shop.

WA Minister for Small Business and Tourism, Paul Papalia, told 6PR Breakfast it’s a great opportunity for our local wine producers.

The wineries showcasing their product include Morlet of Margaret RiverWindfall Estate (North Boyanup), Woody Nook (Margaret River), Chalari (Swan Valley/Mt Barker), and Rockcliffe (Denmark).

Michael O’Connell, who was part of the West Coast Eagles inaugural team of 1987, has even jumped onboard and designed the artwork for Morlet of Margaret River.
