Local builds satellite in backyard shed

Perth local Stuart McAndrew is building a satellite in his shed for an end-of-year ride-share launch aboard a converted Russian nuclear missile.
However, this self-taught amateur electrical engineer’s dream may stall on the launch pad if he can’t raise nearly $50,000 in the next four months.
He spoke to Adam Shand about his ambitious project.
