Licensed venue taken to Fair Work by unvaccinated employee

Darren owns a golf club with a licensed venue. As of January 31 under state laws unvaccinated workers can’t work in licensed venues. As a result Darren reduced the unvaccinated workers hours. She has gone to Fair Work Australia who says Darren has a case to answer.
