Liberal candidate Sandra Brewer has labelled the Cottesloe beachfront a “rundown experience” and is calling on locals to provide feedback on how it could be revitalised.

Ms Brewer told 6PR Mornings host Gary Adshead the Town of Cottesloe’s existing $22 million Masterplan for the foreshore area would improve beach access, create additional recreational space and reduce traffic speed and volume and improve pedestrian access.

“The Masterplan is done… it’s absolutely ready to press go on… the Masterplan has been sitting there for four years (and) I think it just needs the State and Federal governments to look at it again,” she said.
