An International Air Transport Association survey has found 40 percent of travelers have experienced mishandled bags in the last year.

International and Australia Traveler editorial director Leigh-Anne Pow told 6PR Breakfast host Gareth Parker fewer people are trusting airlines to deliver their luggage. 

“It is actually a growing trend….. People just don’t trust the system anymore,” said Ms Pow.
