Legendary WA jockey Damien Oliver will end one of the most decorated careers in Australian racing at the end of this year, finishing up in his home State for the Perth Carnival.

Racing and Wagering WA Jockey Coach Peter Hall spoke with Rusty Collett on 6PR’s Afternoons,

“It’s amazing what he’s done for us. You know, as a young boy that started off from Byford riding his first winner in country Western
Australia… to achieving 128 group one wins so far and three Melbourne cups,” he said.
