Leading criminal lawyer, Tom Percy QC, has released a dark fiction novel based in the Perth resources boom of 2000 called The Curate’s Egg.

He told Millsy that he wrote a lot of the book while travelling on a plane, and has since had attracted interest from movie studio in the US and UK.

“I’ve got an offer from Sandpiper in America and Gotham in the UK,” he said.

“So my agents are evauating those at the moment.”

The book will be launched at the WACA on December 21.
