Daryl Dawes, president of the Kelmscott Agricultural Society, told 6PR Mornings host Simon Beaumont that security teams managed to contain the situation while waiting nearly an hour and a half for police to arrive.

“It took three phone calls to police, obviously escalating each time … it was just under an hour and a half response time from first call to the first car arriving”, Dawes said.
