One of the lawyers for the Bali Nine ringleaders has all but admitted there is no hope left for the pair and they will face the firing squad late tonight.

Indonesia has told Australia it will still go ahead with the executions of Andrew Chan and Myuran Sukumaran, despite Indonesia’s Constitutional Court agreeing to hear another appeal next month.

Lawyer Julian McMahon told Gary Adshead if the executions do go ahead, it will be a travesty.
