Jetstar has fined a woman $65 for getting onto a plane wearing about 6 kilograms of clothing.

She was reportedly trying to avoid luggage charges, but was caught out when attendants noticed a laptop “shoved” down the front of her shirt.

Australian Traveller founder Quentin Long said there were a number of Australian flights notorious for delays, cancellations and questionable customer service.

“I think she put 15 pieces of clothing on, and I believe she was still overweight with her baggage,” Mr Long said.
