Rolling Stone has just released its list of the 200 best singers of all time.

Elvis, Prince and Frank Sinatra are all in the top 20, but who took out the number one spot?

Music critic Bernard Zuel told 6PR Perth Live the number one artist was an excellent choice.

“I can’t argue with that for number one…. it’s a pretty good choice,” said Mr Zuel.

“They’re the best people to sing for a particular song.”
