The Industrial Relations Commission has threatened private bus chartering companies to not accept any bookings from the Union or they too will have to face the IRC.

Perth Live host Oliver Peterson raised an interesting question, will the IRC now go after friends and supporters who are carpooling nurses to the strike?

“If the IRC makes a bunch of orders and you don’t listen to the IRC, what’s the point of the IRC?” Oly asked listeners.

“I think these orders from the IRC are making things a lot more murky, no one wants to live in a police state… I don’t even think Mark McGowan himself does.”
