WA Labor has welcomed today’s Supreme Court ruling over the Roe 8 project which has labelled its environmental approval ‘invalid’.
A Supreme court judge today ruled the EPA didn’t follow its own policies when it gave the project the green-light.
Shadow Planning Minister Rita Saffioti says the project never made sense in the first place.
