The Eagles at both senior and state levels have been plagued by injuries with young defender Brady Hough the latest player to be ruled out.

Eagles coach Adam Simpson says while the WAFL team is “hard to justify” now, the team allows young players to grow.

Simpson told Adam Papalia on WWOS  the lower levels are vital for the senior team’s future.

“I’m fully focused on the senior boys… but it’s very important for development that the younger guys get to grow and have some success,” said the coach.
