The Cottesloe Council has stalled the redevelopment of the towns iconic Indiana Tea House by changing the development parameters.

The decision was made in a closed door council meeting last night.

Andrew and Nicola Forrest’s property company Fiveight have been working to have their proposed revamp approved since 2019.

CEO Paige Walker says there will now be more unwarranted delays.
