“I’m worried for the industry” – Zaccaria

The events industry was again hit hard today by the state government’s latest mandates. From Thursday the two square metre rule and 500 person capacity limit will be applied to all outdoor public venues and events, with mask wearing.
Event organisers are left feeling frustrated after not being consulted prior to today’s announcement. Zaccaria Concerts, Owner, John Zaccaria spoke with Oly on Perth Live.
“The point that the industry would love answered is who came to the conclusion of the 500 (patrons) and what is the financial support for the industry so we can all make decisions on what we do with these events over the next two-months.”
