6PR Breakfast received a call on Monday from listener Graham that alerted them to a boat that was parked in the right hand lane of Yale road in Canning Vale.

Millsy and Karl managed to track down the owner of the boat, Barry, who says the boat was a sitting duck for two years and while he was transporting it to his workshop to check it was working, the steel cable snapped, leaving the boat behind.

“I looked behind me and there was my boat sitting in the middle of the highway,” Barry said on 6PR Breakfast.

“I realised as it happened, we have our own workshop around the corner so we just put it on the tray and brought it out here.”
