How Perth’s ‘roughest home’ sold for a cheap $140,000

A duplex in Perth’s southeast has sold for a low $140,000 by an investor with a “good imagination”.
The home in Camillo has been described as the “roughest home” in Perth and happens to be missing the front door.
The agent from O’Neil Real Estate who sold the property, Mark Grogan, told 6PR Breakfast it’s affordable housing “but you gotta bring your own door”.

“Or your own cording, or whatever you want to do, to protect yourself, to keep yourself inside,” he said.
