While the tricks were meant to happen in the sky, the company responsible for Sunday night’s ‘City of Light’ event now must try pull another rabbit out of the hat and save some skin after 50 of its drones worth $100,000 fell into the Swan River.

Perth Diving Academy director Troy Lane explained to Millsy & Karl on 6PR Breakfast how hard it will it be to retrieve the lost drones from the river but they had been asked to go find random things all the time.

“We’ve found and recovered rings, wallets, keys, telephones, sunglasses, all sorts of stuff,” he told the boys.
