These changes include lifting the stamp duty threshold and increasing concessions for first home buyers, as well as measures for denser living spaces.
Treasurer and Deputy Premier Rita Saffioti told 6PR Breakfast hosts Karl and Will that there will be more announcements concerning health and cost of living in the 2026-27 state budget.
“We know families are feeling the heat in particular after what happened in the Middle East, and so as a result our budget is very much focused on WA households,” she said.
