One of the state’s peak education bodies says it’s time the government makes school attendance compulsory.

Yesterday the state recorded its highest attendance during the coronavirus outbreak with 82 percent of all public school students in the classroom.

Speaking with Gareth Parker on Mornings, President of the WA Primary Principals Association Ian Anderson said he’d like to find out why the remaining seven percent are still at home.
