The State Government has announced a new $80 million Infrastructure Development Fund to help boost Western Australia’s infill development.

The fund aims to increase housing supplies and provide more rental properties.

Property Council CEO Sandra Brewer told Oliver Peterson on Perth Live this will hopefully be a catalyst for change.

“More infrastructure is required for more people,” said Ms Brewer.
