Government Failing Veterans on the 60th Anniversary of Long Tan
It has been 60 years since the Battle of Long Tan, Australia’s most defining conflict of the Vietnam War.
Veteran and advocate Normie Rowe discussed the anniversary with 6PR Breakfast hosts Millsy and Karl, expressing his frustration with the government’s treatment of veterans following proposed changes to the Allied Health cap.
“It was either go into the army as a conscript, or go to jail, they were the options”, he said.
