West Coast Eagles’ new AFLW coach Daisy Pearce has revealed how she faces her biggest critics following her new appointment leading one of WA’s teams.

Chatting with Jo McManus on 6PR Afternoons, Pearce says she sees her criticism as a matter of change.

“I try and be pretty disciplined with that and get better and better at understanding people are just really passionate about their footy and their footy teams and also sensitive to change. I don’t take any of that personally, I kind of see it as just a matter of change and people being passionate about their footy,” she says.
