Five teenagers charged with 103 offences over crime spree
WA Police have arrested five teenagers and charged them with 103 offences over a crime spree in a stolen car that occurred on Sunday.
It’s alleged the juveniles stole a Kia Optima sedan from a home in Joondalup and used it to commit burglaries.
It’s also alleged they used stolen axes from a camping store at Innaloo to smash through windows to commit the burglaries.
A cafe, a newsagency and health foods store in Cottesloe were targeted by the youths, as well as fast food outlet in Beaconsfield and fish and chip shop in Safety Bay.
They were arrested at 10:45pm at Shoalwater and have been refused bail to appear in court at a later date.
