Dean Coxall, St John WA Special Operations Manager, informed Perth Today host Simon Beaumont that the trauma he has witnessed from these incidents is unimaginable.

“If this goes wrong it’s going to go very, very wrong; the consequences of losing control or coming off one of these things can be absolutely devastating,” he said.”
