WA actor Fiona Blakeley has written a haunting new ghost story about a real oak tree that used to exist in Armadale.

Ms Blakely told 6PR Breakfast being surrounded by history is a form of haunting in itself.

“That area [East of Perth] has a lot of rich history,” said Ms Blakeley.

“If you look at it that way we’re surrounded by ghosts.”
