Queensland authorities says more needs to be done about the re-sale of un-roadworthy, dangerous cars.

The Motor Trade Association of Queensland say the State Government needs to do more to make sure motorists are kept safe.

“11,000 previously written off vehicles found their way back on Queensland roads last year,” Peter Dever told 6PR Breakfast.

Steve and Baz asked the listeners, should we be doing more to keep older and dangerous cars off WA roads.

Perry is a mechanic and says plenty of customers ignore their warnings.
