‘Feb Fit’: Karl invites Millsy and listeners to join his health kick

6PR Breakfast host Karl Langdon invited his co-host Steve Mills and listeners to join him on his February health kick, which involves no alcohol, healthy food, exercise and celery juice.
“Follow me for the month of February, I am off the drink – gone dry, just water and a couple of coffees and celery juices,” Karl told Millsy.
“Who wants to join Karl’s little group? I’ll be amazed if we get one,” Millsy responded.
