A family is looking for a suitable home in Perth’s Hills after an accident left the father a quadriplegic.

Lindsay Hamalek was badly injured while working as a tree lopper in February.

The family has had to sell their house and are on the hunt for a new one in the Mundaring area that can better accommodate Mr Hamalek’s needs.

Real Estate Agent Andrew Fisher  say’s he’s been helping the family of four find a new home.

“Obviously he’s now in a wheelchair and we need something that suits their family; we’re really looking to keep them in the hills and part of the community,” Mr Fisher said.
