The West Coast Eagles pulled out of a school holiday program last minute due to unavailable players which has disappointed families.
Former councillors say it’s not the first time, with the club required to maintain two full-time community staff and 100 hours of annual player involvement.
“Unfortunately, when I picked my kids up, they were quite disappointed and sad to let me know that the Eagles didn’t show up,” Vic Park resident Jasmin Livsey said on Perth Today.
